Element Marketplace will officially auction the Dreamverse Land at 1 PM, Jan. 11. Dreamverse Land auction is for the area surrounding McGrady’s Manor, which is part of the 928 area units surrounding. Previously, famous NBA star McGrady bought a Manor in Dreamverse and officially entered the Metaverse.
Dreamverse Land is a limited edition NFT created by Dreamverse that allows players to own the metaverse so that they can store other NFT assets and develop games. Moreover, Dreamverse tokens(DV) can be earned through in-land game interactions.
A total of 9 Dreamverse Lands for auction at Element Marketplace are the “gold area” in the Dreamverse, where buyers can be neighbors and even interact and play basketball with Maddie in the Dreamverse metaverse. The 9 Dreamverse Lands consist of 1*1 size units(6 ones), 2*2 size units(2 ones) and a 4*4 size unit.
In the interest of fair bidding, Dreamverse Land for sale on the Element marketplace is set at a reasonable starting price:
The starting price is 0.03WETH for a 1*1 unit, 0.06WETH for a 2*2 unit and 0.12WETH for a 4*4 unit. Currently, the floor price of Dreamverse Land on the secondary market is 0.25 ETH, and only 12% of the floor price on the secondary market, making the bidding threshold extremely low.
Before bidding, users need to convert ETH to WETH (conversion ratio = 1:1) and make incremental bids on top of the starting price. The bidding process requires only a signature and no WETH or GAS fees deducted, and at the end of the 7-day bidding period, the highest bidder will win Dreamverse Land.
